| 摘 要： | 【目的】探讨16排CT血管成像对双下肢动脉阻塞性病变诊断的临床应用价值。【方法】对21例临床疑有下肢动脉阻塞性病变患者行16排CT血管成像及三维重建,其中12例接受人工血管或支架植入术。【结果】21例中19例存在不同程度的阻塞,2例正常。12例行DSA检查,仅2例CTA与DSA分级不符。【结论】16排CT血管成像在下肢动脉阻塞性病变方面与DSA结果基本一致,是一项高度准确的成像技术和非侵袭性检查。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To assess the diagnostic value of 16 slice multi-detector CT (MDCT) angiography in sclerosis or block of lower extremity arteries.[Methods]Twenty-one suspected patients with sclerosis or block of lower extremity arteries underwent 16 slice MDCT and 3D reconstruction . Twelve cases underwent operation for artificial vessel or arterial stent employment .[Results]Sclerosis or block of lower extremity arteries was revealed by MDCT in 19 patients, and 2 cases were normal .Twenty cases were examined by DSA and MDCT, only 2 cases were different from DSA findings in grading .[Conclusion]As an accurate and non-invasive angiographic technique, MDCT is as valuable as DSA in assessment of sclerosing and occlusive diseases of lower extremity arteries. MDCT can be used as substitute for DSA. |
