| 摘 要： | 目的了解老年住院病人死亡原因及疾病构成,以便做好老年疾病的预防工作,降低老年患者的死亡率。方法对某医院2001年-2008年住院死亡病例进行回顾性调查,严格按照国际疾病分类编码的原则,利用EXCEL、PB统计工具,对住院病案首页的主要诊断进行检索、汇总统计。结果对老年人生命危害排在前三位的疾病是循环系统、肿瘤以及呼吸系统疾病。结论掌握老年住院病人的死亡原因,为陕西地区今后疾病预防提供有力的信息和依据,提高老年患者的生存率。
