肾移植术后病人生活质量及影响因素的调查研究

目的 探讨肾移植术后病人的生活质量及影响因素，为有的放失地改进、完善护理措施提供依据。方法 采用问卷调查法，同时对112例肾移植术后病人及112例健康人群进行生活质量调查。结果 病人的生活质量低于健康人群，差异有极显著性意义(P＜0．01)。影响病人生活质量的因素有：肾移植术后时间，术后是否有排异反应，对肾移植知识的了解程度。结论 护理人员应采取针对性的身心护理措施，重点加强健康指导和相关知识教育，提高肾移植术后病人的生活质量。

Investigation on the Quality of Life after Renal Transplantation and the Influencing Factors

Objective To investigate the quality of life after renal transplantation and the influencing factors in order to perfect nursing measures. Methods The quality of life of 112 patients undergoing renal transplantation and 112 healthy subjects was investigated simultaneously. Results The quality of life of the patients was worse than that of the healthy subjects with the difference being significant (P<0.01). The factors influencing the quality of life of the patients included time after transplantation, postoperative rejection and the understanding of renal transplantation knowledge. Conclusion Nurses must take proper measures, especially the education of healthy knowledge, to improve the quality of life of the patients following renal transplantation.
