摘    要:目的 探讨中药超声雾化经皮给药对糖尿病合并带状疱疹皮损恢复的影响.方法 将同期入院的108例糖尿病合并带状疱疹患者随机分为两组,在综合治疗护理的基础上,观察组54例,施行中药超声雾化经皮治疗;对照组54例,按常规涂抹外用药物治疗.结果 观察组的水疱消退时间、疼痛消失时间、全部结痂时间和全部脱痂时间,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01),综合评定观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 糖尿病合并带状疱疹采用中药超声雾化经皮给药,有利于皮损修复,治疗效果好,副作用少.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect ultrasonic nebulization inhalation of traditional Chinese medicine on the lesional skin of diabetic patients with herpes zoster.Methods 108 diabetic patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups.On the basis of comprehensive treatment and care,study group(54 cases)was given the treatment with ultrasonic nebulization inhalation of traditional Chinese medicine,and control group(54 eases)was given the conventional treatment with medicaments for external use.Results Compared with control group,study group had significant differences in the blisters dissipated time,the pain dissolved time,the time of incrustation and decmstation(P<0.01).And the therapeutic effect of study group was significantly better than that of control group in the comprehensive assessment(P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment with ultrasonic nebulization inhalation of traditional Chinese medicine is good for repairing lesions,improving therapeutic effect,and reducing side effects.
