| 摘 要： | 目的建立液相色谱法测定唐福康胶囊中罗格列酮含量的方法。方法选用C18色谱柱,以0.01 mol/L醋酸胺（用冰醋酸调节pH值至3.5）-乙腈（45：55）为流动相,UV检测波长为230 nm。结果本方法的回收率为99.31%,RSD=0.9%（n=6）。结论该方法简便,准确,重现性好。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop a HPLC method for the contents determination of Rosiglitazone intangfukang Capsules.Methods The C18 column was used with a mobile phase was 0.01 mol/L ammonium acetate solution(adjusted to pH=3.5 with acetic acid)-Acetonitrile(45:55).The detection wavelength was 230nm.Results The average recovery was 99.31%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and accurate. |
