| 摘 要： | 肺动脉高压是以肺小动脉的血管痉挛、内膜增生和重构为主要特征的一种疾病。它是一进展性疾病,生存期为2.8年,早期诊断和治疗干预是改善患者预后的重要措施,现将新近的治疗进展综述。

| Abstract: | Pulmonary arterial hypertension is characterized by pulmonary artery vasospasm,intimal hyperplasia,and remoldeling lesions.Pulmonary arterial hypertension is a progressive disease and has a prognosis of 2.8 years of life,on average,after diagnosis.Early diagnosis and treatment are imperative for improved prognosis.This article reviews recent progress in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension. |
