神经根型颈椎病合并周围神经卡压综合征诊疗12例

目的探讨神经根型颈椎病合并周围神经卡压综合征有效的临床诊疗手段.方法12例患者均行手术松解周围神经卡压,合并有神经根型颈椎病8例患者保守治疗,4例行前路椎间盘切除椎体间植骨融合术.结果平均随访2 a后,12例患者疗效判断均为良以上.结论对于神经根型颈椎病的患者应该首先考虑到可能合并有周围神经卡压综合征,明确诊断后一般先行周围神经卡压的松解,然后决定神经根型颈椎病的治疗方案.

Diagnosis and treatment 12 cases of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type with symptom of pressed peripheral nerve

Objective] To search for good therapy methods. Methods] The pressed peripheral nerves were loosen in the 12 cases. In the nerve root types, 8 eases were in conservative treatment, anterior route intervertebral discs resection and bone grafting and fusion were done in 4 cases. Results] Followed up 2 years, all patients were better. Conclusions] Cervical spondylosis of nerve root type may accompany symptom of pressed peripheral nerve. We decide the therapy methods of nerver root type after loosing the pressed peripheral nerve.
