| Abstract: | We present an extremely rare case of a patient with focal hypertrophic pachymeningitis in association with histologically proven temporal arteritis (giant cell arteritis). It is proposed that focal hypertrophic pachymeningitis in itself is the contributing factor to severe headache rather than temporal arteritis alone. |
