肺泡癌X线诊断(附50例分析)

收集我院18年来经手术和/或病理证实的细支气管肺泡癌50例,对其平片、分层、CT及病理大切片进行分析,发现肺泡癌的X线表现多种多样,是肿瘤不同发展阶段的反映。文中以X线表现结合病理所见进行了分析,解释了不同X线表现的病理基础。通过系列追踪片的观察,发现其各种X线表现可互相转化。

Radiological Analysis of 50 Cases of Bronchioloalveolar Carcinoma

The imaging features of the plain films, tomograms, CT scannings and the pathological findings of the large-scale tissue sections of 50 cases of bronchioloalveolar carcinoma with surgical and/or pathological confirmation were reviewed. These cases were admitted to the hospital in the past 18 years. It was found that the radiological manifestations of bronchioloalveloar carcinoma were variable and represented the different stages of its development. After observations of the serial followup films, the radiological features were found to be mutually convertible. The imaging features and the pathological findings were analyzed correlatively and the pathological basis of various radiological features was clarified.
