| 摘 要： | 英国是实行国家卫生服务制度的典型代表,由于体系固有弊端导致的排队现象等一直困扰着英国政府,为此他们进行了一系列的改革.文章介绍了1997年布莱尔政府上台后所进行的种种尝试,并从中得到以下启示:(1)对卫生服务提供、卫生服务购买和卫生服务监管三重角色的协调;(2)有效的财政投入机制;(3)对基层卫生服务的重视.

| Abstract: | Britain is a typical country that has National Health Service.The phenomenta of waiting list etc.due to the NHS have troubled Britatin government for long time,therefore they practiced a series of reformation.This article introduces the reformation Britain government have done since 1997,sunmmerize some enlightenment to us such as (1)harmonizing the three role of health service deliverer,health service purchaser and health service administrator.(2)effective financing and allocation.(3)attach importance to community health service. |
