折叠式人工晶状体经巩膜缝线固定术16例

目的探讨经巩膜缝线固定折叠式人工晶状体植入的临床效果。方法16例（17眼）为晶状体全脱位、后囊膜破裂或无囊膜眼。经3．0mm透明角膜切口，植入三片式折叠式人工晶状体，外路法缝线双襻缝合固定人工晶状体于睫状沟，观察术中植入情况和术后视力、角膜、前房反应症及人工晶状体位置等情况。结果所有病例均顺利植入折叠式人工晶状体。术后随访6-30个月，视力均有不同程度提高，人工晶状体位置正，术后无严重并发症。结论经巩膜缝线固定折叠式人工晶状体植入是一种安全有效的手术方式。

Trans-scleral suture fixation in implantation of foldable intraocular lenses

Objective To explore the clinical effects of trans-scleral suture fixation in foldable intraocular lens implantation in eyes without complete posterior lens capsule supports, Methods 16 cases （ 17 eyes） were treated with trans-seleral ciliary sulcus fixation of foldable intraocular lenses. The operative methods, surgical results and complications were analyzed. Results Followed up from 6 to 30 months, no serious intra-operative complications occurred, and the best corrected visual acuity was improved. Intraocular lenses were dislocated in 2 cases, Conclusion Ciliary sulcus fixation of the foldable intraocular lenses is a safe and effective method in eyes without complete posterior lens capsule supports.
