| 摘 要： | 目的探讨功能性内镜鼻窦手术（FESS）后不填塞的临床疗效和安全性。方法148例患者（不填塞组）FESS术后不填塞鼻腔,60例术后填塞,比较两组的临床症状及并发症。结果不填塞组术后并发症比填塞组明显减轻,且均无严重出血发生,术后渗血在2-7 h内基本停止;在3个月的随访期内无术腔严重粘连发生。结论通过适当的处理和预防,大多数FESS术后患者可不进行填塞,这可明显减轻患者的术后痛苦,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of no nasal packing after functional endoscopic sinus surgery（FESS）.Methods 148 patients were not packed after FESS and 60 were packed,and the clinical symptoms and complications were compared between the two groups.Result In the no-packing group,no serious bleeding happened,the exudation ceased in 2 to 7 hours after FESS,and no severe adhesion occurred in 3 months.Conclusion Most post-FESS patients could avoid packing so as to reduce discomfort and cost by proper management. |
