| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨慢性鼻窦炎内镜鼻窦手术的疗效及影响因素。方法回顾分析2000～2006年手术并随访6个月以上380例的临床资料。其中Ⅰ型65例，Ⅱ型236例，Ⅲ型79例。结果Ⅰ型治愈率为92．3％，Ⅱ型为84．3％，Ⅲ型为67．1％。其中发生严重并发症2例，轻微并发症27例。结论治愈率与临床分型、手术部位及术后综合治疗有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the curative effects of transnasal endoscopic sinus surgery on chronic sinusitis. Methods 380 cases of chronic sinusitis were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery in 2000-2006. Of them, 65 cases were type Ⅰ , 236 cases were type Ⅱ and 79 cases were .type Ⅲ . Result The curative rate was 92.3 %, 84.3 % and 67.1% in typeⅠ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ . Conclusion The clinical curative rate is related to clinical type, operated area and post-operative treatments. |
