| 摘 要： | 目的总结真菌球型鼻窦炎的诊断方法和治疗效果。方法回顾分析42例真菌球型鼻窦炎临床资料。结果随访6个月至6年,治愈39例（92.9%）,显效3例（7.1%）。结论CT扫描和病理检查对真菌球型鼻窦炎的诊断有一定价值;彻底清除病灶、改善通气引流是有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To review the diagnosis and treatment for fungus ball nasosinusitis.Method A retrospective study on 42 cases of fungus ball nasosinusitis was carried out.Result Patients were followed up for 6 months to 6 years,and 39 were cured and 3 were improved.Conclusion Pathological examination and CT scanning are valuable for diagnosis of fungus ball nasosinusitis,and FESS is effective in treating fungus ball nasosinusitis. |
