| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨慢性鼻窦炎与脑血管病发生的相关性。方法：随机摘取门诊核磁共振检查报告总数6648份，其中未见异常1731份，上颌窦炎1225份，筛窦炎238份，蝶窦炎83份，脑梗塞3968份，颅内占位226份。颅内出血284份，其它46份。结果：我院门诊病人中脑梗塞的核磁诊出率为59、68％，鼻窦炎的核磁诊出率为23、25％，即既患有脑梗塞又患有鼻窦炎病例为488份，而脑梗塞与其它疾病的同患比例极低。结论：脑梗塞的发生与慢性鼻窦炎有一定的相关性。
