食管癌二级预防研究概况

摘    要:食管癌二级预防又称发病学预防,可能在较短的时期内降低癌症的死亡率甚或发病率。二级预防的内容主要是设法消除食管癌发生的条件或是阻断癌变过程的某一阶段。本文综述食管上皮不典型增生模型的建立,早期诊断,食管上皮不典型增生的实验研究和临床治疗研究。

Abstract:Esophageal cancer is one of high mortality tumors in China.The secondary prevention,which put emphasis on the massive screening,early detection and early treatment,would decrease the cancer mortality as well as cancer incidences in relatively short time.That is to prevent esophageal cancer we try to interdict the condition and the course of esophageal cancer.The article will review that secondary prevention in the prevention and treatment of esophageal cancer.
