医学生参与震后临床志愿者服务的管理方法探讨

目的探讨医学生志愿者参与震后临床志愿服务工作的管理方法。方法回顾性总结本科室医学生志愿者参与临床志愿者服务工作的管理方法及临床效果。结果医学生志愿者获得伤员和本科室临床医护人员的高度评价。结论临床医护人员的理解与支持是营造志愿者良好工作环境的基础,而有针对性的临床指导和高效、有序的管理则是提高医学生志愿者工作满意度的保证。

Management of post-earthquake clinical volunteer service of medical students

Objective To study the management methods of post-earthquake clinical volunteer service of medical students. Method Management and clinical feedback of the medical students of our department volunteering for post-earthquake service were summarized retrospectively. Result As volunteers, medical students were highly praised by the wounded and all staff of our department. Conclusion Understanding and support from all staffs is the basis on which volunteers can work more efficiently, and pertinent guidance and effective management can guarantee the high satisfaction degree.
