急性容量和阻力负荷时肺气肿豚鼠的右心储备功能的实验研究

AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE RIGHT CARDIAC RESERVE OF EMPHYSEMATOUS GUINEA PIGS IN ACUTE VOLUME AND PRESSURE OVERLOAD

The right cardiac reserve of 1-15 months guinea pigs group (E1) and 3-3.5 months guinea pigs group ( E3 ) in whom emphysema was induced by elastase was observed when saline was rapidly injected into the right ventricle ( acute volume overload ) and the right pulmonary artery ligatured ( acute pressure overload). The results indicated that the changes of RVSP, RVEDP, +dp/dtmax and -dp/dt max in E1 and E3 groups were not significantly different from those in normal group. It suggested that the right cardiac reserve had no predominant influence in early emphysema. TCPLD from the clamping of the pulmonary artery to the lowering of the left ventricular pressure in E1 and E3 groups was significantly shorter than that in normal group ( P<0.001 ), while TSPLR was significantly longer than that in the normal group. It also suggested that the ability of right heart and pulmonary circulation to adjust left ventricular preload be decreased.
