| 摘 要： | 目的:评价经皮经肝穿刺胆道引流术(PTCD)的临床疗效;方法:应用彩色超声诊断仪对62例老年恶性梗阻性黄疸行PTCD治疗,术后常规X线下胆道造影;结果:经PTCD治疗后,60例黄疸明显减轻,食欲增加,2例黄疸增加,术后最长生存期为3年;结论:PTCD是一种治疗老年恶性梗阻性黄疸姑息性治疗的有效方法,具有创伤小、安全等优点。

| Abstract: | Obstructive: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage (PTCD). Method: A total of 60 senile malignant obstructive jaundice patients were assigned to PTCD under color Doppler flow imaging, followed by routine biliary tract opacification under X-ray. Result: Jaundice of 60 cases relieved significantly, with better appetite, jaundice increased in 2 cases, the maximum lifetime after operation is 3 years. Conclusion: PTCD is an effective method in senile malignant obstructive jaundice palliative therapy, with the advantage of safety and less trauma. |
