| 摘 要： | 为给腹主动脉主要分支插管提供应用解剖学资料,作者在34具成人尸体上测量了从股动脉始端至腹主动脉主要分支起点的长度和这些动脉的口径,并与身高进行了相关分析。结果表明,股动脉始端至腹腔干、肠系膜上动脉、肠系膜下动脉和肾动脉起点的长度均与身高呈高度相关;各动脉口径除肾动脉外均呈低度相关。

| Abstract: | In order to provide the applied anatomical data for cannulation of main braches of the abodominal aorta, the lengths between the origin of these arteries and the origin of the femoral artery, and the diameters of these arteries were measured on 34 adult cadavers. The correlations between the lengths and diameters with the body height were analysed. The results demonstrated that there were high correlations between the lengths of the celiac a., superior mesenteric a., inferior mesenteric a., and the renal a. to the body height, and low correlations between the diameters and the body height with the exception of the renal artery. |
