| 摘 要： | 目的分析关节镜下手术治疗盘状半月板损伤的治疗方法与效果。方法回顾分析46例盘状半月板损伤病例,42例行关节镜下成形术,4例因半月板关节囊缘较广泛撕裂而行全切术。结果按Ikeuchi氏膝关节功能标准评价:显效优30例(65.2%),良14例(30.4%),尚可2例(4.4%)。结论应用关节镜诊治膝关节半月板损伤准确性高,操作创伤小、术后关节功能恢复快、并发症少,在治疗半月板损伤上可取得良好的临床效果。
