伊曲康唑联合达克宁栓治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病临床效果研究

目的：临床验证伊曲康唑联合达克宁栓治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床效果、观察不良反应。方法：采用口服伊曲康唑、阴道放置达克宁栓，并且夫妻同时治疗。结果：（1）206例病例中200例治愈，总治愈率为97．1％，复发率为1．94％。②服用斯皮仁诺后有12例出现不良反应，不良反应发生率为5．82％；使用达克宁栓治疗过程中19例出现轻微局部刺激，不良反应发生率为9．22％。结论：伊曲康唑联合达克宁栓治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病能起到互补作用，治愈率高，复发率低，副作用小、安全性好，是治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的有效措施，值得在临床推广使用；夫妻同时治疗可提高治愈率、降低复发率。

Observation of the Clinical Effect of combined Itraconazole and Miconazole suppository on candidal vaginitis

Objective：To observe the efficacy and the adverse reactions of combined Itraconazole and Miconazole suppository in treating candidal vaginitis. Method：206 cases were treated with oral Itraconazole and vaginal administration of Miconazole suppository, and sexual partners were received therapy at the same time. Result： （1） 200 cases were cured and the total cure rate was 97.1%, and the recurrence rate was t .94%.（2） In the course of taking hraconazole, 12 patientshad adverse reactions, the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 5.82% ;in the course of treatment with Miconazole Suppository, 19 patients had adverse reactions, the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 9.22%. Conclusion： The cure rate of candidal vaginitis treated with systematic and local drug is high, the relapse rate is low, and the drugs are safety .Sexual partners were received therapy at the same time can improve the cure rate and reduce the recurrence.This measure is valued to be promoted the use in clinical.
