| 摘 要： | 目的观察亚胺培南／西司他丁钠在重症肺炎治疗方面的效果。方法在我院就诊的40例重症肺炎患者进行静脉滴注亚胺培南／西司他丁钠进行临床疗效及细菌学评价，以及病原菌敏感性分析。结果亚胺培南，西司他丁钠明显改善临床症状以及白细胞水平，药物敏感试验证实其较其他药物对病原菌敏感性好。结论亚胺培南／西司他丁钠在治疗重症肺炎中效果肯定，值得进一步推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the imipenem / cilastatin sodium in the treatment of severe pneumonia in effect. Method in our hospital, 40 cases of severe pneumonia in patients with intravenous infusion of imipenem / cilastatin sodium clinical efficacy and bacteriological evaluation, and sensitivity analysis of pathogens. The results of imipenem / cilastatin sodium significantly improved symptoms and white blood cells, drug sensitivity tests confirmed that the sensitivity of the pathogen than the other drugs better. Conclusion imipenem / eilastatin sodium in the treatment is effective for severe pneumonia, worthy of further promotion. |
