定期经门静脉化疗与经肝动脉栓塞化疗预防肝癌切除术后复发的比较研究

目的：探讨比较定期经门静脉化疗与经肝动脉栓塞化疗在预防肝癌切除术后复发的效果。方法：选取2006年1月-2009年1月于本院进行治疗的82例行肝癌切除术的患者为研究对象，将其随机分为A组（定期经门静脉化疗组）41例和B组（经肝动脉栓塞化疗组）41例，后将两组患者术后1年和2年的复发率、生存率及治疗前和治疗后6个月的血清Ⅰ～CAM—1、AFP、CEA、CA199、TPS水平及QOL评分进行统计及比较。结果：A组与B组1年和2年的复发率、生存率及治疗后6个月的血清ICAM-1、AFP、CEA、CA199、TPS水平比较，P均〉0．05，均无显著性差异，而B组QOL评分高于A组，P〈0．05，有显著性差异。结论：定期经门静脉化疗与经肝动脉栓塞化疗在预防肝癌切除术后复发的效果无显著性差异，但是经肝动脉栓塞化疗患者生存质量要好于定期经门静脉化疗患者。

The study ON the comparison of regular portal vein chemotherapy and hepatic arterial chemoembolization in prevention of recurrence after liver cancer resection

Objective ：To study and compare the effects of regular portal vein chemotherapy and hepatic arterial ehemoembolization in prevention of recurrence after liver cancer resection.Methods：82 patients treated with liver cancer resection in our hespital from January 2006 to January 2009 were selected as research object,and the 1 year and 2 year recurrence rate,survival rate,serum ICAM-1, AFP, CEA, C A199,TPS and QOL score before and after the treatment at 6 month were analyzed and compared.Results：The 1 year and 2 year recurrence rate, survival rate, serum ICAM- 1, AFP, CEA, CA 199, TPS of two groups were compared, all P 〉 0.05, there, were all no siguificant differences, but QOL score of group B was higher than that of group A, P 〈 0.05, there was significant differences.Conclusion： The effects of regular portal vein chemotherapy and hepatic arterial chemoembolization in prevention of recurrence after liver cancer resection has no significant difference,but the quality of life of patients treated with hepatic arterial chemoembolization is better than that treated with regular portal vein chemotherapy,
