带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的临床探讨

目的研究带锁髓内钉在治疗股骨干骨折中的疗效。方法回顾性地分析成都医学院第一附属医院骨科从2006年12月到2009年12月间应用带锁髓内钉进行股骨干骨折治疗的72例患者的疗效，72例股骨干骨折患者根据具体病情，分别采用闭合复位股骨带锁髓内钉固定术和有限切开复位股骨带锁髓内钉固定术。结果本临床观察中患者72例，获得随访55例，随访时间6—15个月，全部获得骨折骨性愈合，其中9例在术后6-9周动力化后最终获得骨性愈合，平均愈合时间6个月，52例患者下肢功能正常，1例出现了下肢短缩情况，2例轻度膝外翻。所有患者无骨髓炎感染、下肢深静脉血栓、断钉等严重并发症发生。结论应用带锁髓内钉技术进行股骨干骨折治疗取得了让人较满意的效果。

Clinical discussion on treating of femoral shaft fracture with interlocking intramedullary nail

Objective Studying the clinical results of treating of femoral shaft fracture with interlocking intramedullary nail. Methods Retrospective analysis of 72 cases of femoral shaft fracture patients who treated with interlocking intramedullary nail in the Department of Orthopaedics of the first affiliated hospital of Chengdu Medical College between December 2006 and December 2009.According to the patients＇ cases, these patients were operated by open reduction of fracture or closed reduction of fracture with interlocking intramedullary nail.Results In 6-15 months follow-up,there were 55 patients followed-up in the end.All of the bone fractures were healed.55 patients＇ femoral function were standard.Only one patients＇ femoral length was shorter than before. Only two patients got bandy leg.There were no femoral infection,DVT,nail breakage and so on.Conclusion the curative effect of femoral shaft fracture with interlocking intramedullary nail was satisfied.
