三维超声输卵管造影术不良反应与超声表现的相关性探讨及护理对策

目的探讨经阴道三维超声造影术的不良反应与超声表现的相关性及相应的护理对策。方法收集180例经阴道三维超声子宫输卵管造影术患者资料,记录患者的不良反应,统计分析不良反应与经阴道三维超声输卵管造影超声表现的关系。结果本组不良反应包括疼痛（17.7%）、出血（6.1%）、晕厥（1.1%）、感染（0.5%）。超声表现异常组的不良反应明显高于超声表现正常组（P〈0.01）。结论经阴道三维超声造影术不良反应与超声声像异常表现有明显相关,应采取相应护理对策减少不良反应提高护理质量。

Relationship between adverse reactions and ultrasound imaging signs in three-dimensional Hysterosalpingo-Conrast Sonography and investigation on nursing strategy

Objective To explore the relationship between adverse reactions and ultrasound imaging signs in three-dimensional hysterosalpingo-conrast sonography（3D HyCoSy）and figure out nursing strategy.Methods 180 3D HyCoSy patients were recruited.Relationship between adverse reactions and ultrasound imaging signs was explored.Results Adverse reactions included pain（17.7%）,hemorrhage（6.1%）,apopsychia（1.1%） and infection（0.8%）.Abnormality in ultrasound imaging signs has significantly more adverse reactions than negatives（P0.01）.Conclusions There is significant relation between adverse reactions and ultrasound imaging signs.Therefore,appropriate nursing strategy was demanded to improve nursing quality.
