大豆异黄酮对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

目的:观察大豆异黄酮对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用.方法:每次分别灌入10mg/ml、5mg/ml大豆异黄酮溶液1ml/100g或等体积生理盐水每天一次15天.结扎冠状动脉左前降支使心肌缺血、40min后恢复血流并持续120min复制缺血再灌注损伤模型.测定心肌组织丙二醛和超氧化物歧化酶、血清乳酸脱氢酶、磷酸肌酸激酶,心肌作红四氮唑染色测心肌梗死面积.结果:大豆异黄酮能缩小心肌梗死范围,使血清乳酸脱氢酶及磷酸肌酸激酶值降低,心肌组织超氧化物歧化酶明显增高,而丙二醛酶值降低.结论:大豆异黄酮对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有一定的保护作用.

The effect of soybean isoflavone on myocardium against ischemia reperfusion injury in rats

Aim: To observe the protective effect of Soybean Isoflavone(SI) on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats.Methods: There were add up to 56 rats selected in the experiment.32 male rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: the sham operation group,the model group and the SI 100mg/kg or 50mg/kg groups.The two SI groups were respectively given by 1ml/100g by way of ig 15 days before ischemia reperfusion.Rat's ischemia/reperfusion injury model was established by ligating left anterior descending coronary artery for 40 min followed by reperfusion for 120 min.The activity of creatine phosphokinase(CK) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) in serum,content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in heart and the area of myocardial infarction were observed to evaluate the protective effect of treatment.Results:(1) The SI 100mg/kg could reduce the area of myocardial infarction.(2) The SI 100mg/kg could reduce the LDH and CK of serum.(3) The SI 100mg/kg could increase the SOD and reduce the MDA of myocardial tissue.Conclusion: Soybean Isoflavone have the protective effects on myocardium against ichemia reperfusion injury.
