腹腔镜与开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床疗效对比

目的：比较腹腔镜与开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床疗效。方法：选取2010年6月-2012年6月在笔者所在医院采取腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者40例作为观察组,选取同期笔者所在医院采取开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者40例作为对照组,比较两组手术情况和术后疼痛及并发症情况。结果：两组在手术时间上差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组术后疼痛程度明显低于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术具有出血量少、创伤小、患者恢复快、疼痛少、并发症发生率低等优点,是一种安全有效的手术方法,值得临床推广。

Laparoscopic and Open Myomectomy Surgery Clinical Efficacy Compares

Objective： To compare laparoscopic and abdominal hysterectomy myomectomy clinical efficacy. Method： Took in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2012 the laparoscopic uterine fibroids excluding surgery of 40 patients as the observation group, selected the same period in our hospital to take the open uterine fibroids eliminate surgery of 40 patients as a control group, they were compared surgery and postoperative pain and complications. Result： The two groups in had no significant difference operative time （ P〉0.05 ） ; observation group in blood loss, flatus; hospitalization time was significantly less than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） ; postoperative pain observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the complication rate was significantly lower than the control group （ P〈O.05 ） . Conclusion： Laparoscopie uterine fibroids myomectomy with less bleeding trauma patients faster recovery, less pain, low complication rate, etc. It is a safe and effective surgical method, worthy of promotion.
