干化学和湿化学部分常规急诊项目检测结果比较及相关性分析

摘    要:目的:探讨干化学和湿化学检测结果有无差异,了解两者之间的线性关系及相关程度。方法:随机抽取40例血清样本,分别用干化学和湿化学法测定血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、r-谷氨酰转肽酶(r-GGT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇呢(LDL—C)、甘油三酯(TG)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的浓度。分析两种检测方法各项目检测结果的相关性。结果:ATJT、TC、LDL—C用两种方法检测结果比较差异无统计学意义,而AST、GGT、BUN、CR、UA、TG、HDL—C、LDH用两种方法检测结果比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论:在所检测的12项中,除AIT、TC、LDL—C外,其余检测项目由两种检测方法得出的检测结果有显著性差异,因此为保证检测结果的准确性,需做定期比对并校准不同分析仪的结果。

Abstract:Objective: To compare results of serum biochemical items by dry and wet chemical, and to explore the differences as well as the linear relationship and correlation between the two methods.Method: Random sampling of 40 cases of serum samples.The concentrations of serum aspartate aminotransferase ( AST ), alanine aminotransferase ( ALT ), r-glutamyl GGT ( r-GGT ), alkaline phosphatase ( ALP ), blood urea nitrogen ( BUN ), creatinine ( Cr ), uric acid ( UA ), total cholesterol ( TC ), high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C ), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C ), triglycerides ( TG ), lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH ) were measured with dry chemical and wet chemical methods. Data were processed by SPSS13.0 statistical analysis software.Result: Results of ALT, TC, LDL-C using the two methods showed no significant difference, while the results of AST and GGT, BUN, CR, UA, TG , HDL-C and LDH detected in two ways had a significant difference (P〈0.05) .Conclusion: Besides ALT, TC, LDL-C, test results of the remaining test items in 12 test items obtained by the two detection methods had significant differences. So as to ensure the correctness of the test results, further analysis was needed to summarize the reasons leading to differences in where, in order to take corresponding measures on regularly comparing and calibrating the results tested by different analyzers.
