复方丹参注射液联合米力农治疗慢性心衰急性加重期31例临床疗效分析

目的：观察复方丹参注射液联合米力农治疗慢性心力衰竭（CHF）急性加重期的临床疗效。方法：选取本院2011年1月-2013年1月因不同病因患心力衰竭的患者62例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组31例,对照组采用洋地黄类、袢利尿剂、硝酸异山梨酯类及心肌营养药物,治疗组在此基础上采用按心功能分级和不同个体分别给予不同剂量的复方丹参注射液联合米力农,并观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组临床治疗的总有效率及心电图改善率分别为93.55%、90.32%,显著高于对照组的77.42%、70.97%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：复方丹参注射液联合米力农对慢性心力衰竭急性加重期临床疗效较好,其治疗过程中不良反应较少,能显著缓解患者的症状,为临床治疗该类疾病提供科学参考。

Analysis on the Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection Combined Meters Force Farmers Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure in Acute Aggravating Period in 31 Cases of Clinical Curative Effect

Objective： To observe the compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined meters force farmers treatment of coronary heart disease acute aggravating period of chronic heart failure （ CHF ） clinical curative effect.Method： Our hospital in January 2011 to January 2013 due to the different causes of coronary heart disease （ CHD ） heart failure patients 62 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 31 cases in each group, control group adopts the loops of digitalis, diuretics, different yamanashi nitrate ester and the myocardial nutrition drugs, the treatment group on the basis of using according to the cardiac function classification, and different individuals were given different doses of compound salvia mihiorrhiza injection combined with rice farmers, two groups of clinical curative effect were observed.Result： The clinical total effective rate of treatment group and ecg improvement were 93.55%, 90.32%, significantly higher than the control group total effectiveness 77.42%, 70.97%, two groups were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Compound Danshen injection combined with m force farmers to coronary heart disease （ CHD ） heart failure in acute aggravating period has good clinical curative effect, less adverse reactions; the treatment process can significantly alleviate the symptoms of patients, which can provide a scientific reference for clinical treatment of the disease.
