玻璃酸钠注射液联合氨基葡萄糖等药物治疗膝关节骨关节炎的疗效观察

目的：观察玻璃酸钠联合氨基葡萄糖等药物对膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗效果及不良反应。方法：选择笔者所在医院收治的78例患者,随机分为两组,治疗组口服氨基葡萄糖及抗骨质增生中成药的基础上,进行关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠25mg,每周1次,连续注射5次后与同期只需口服上述药物的对照组进行疗效评定。结果：注射玻璃酸钠组在痊愈率及总有效率中均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：玻璃酸钠联合氨基葡萄糖等药物治疗膝关节骨关节炎具有良好效果,无明显不良反应,是一种安全的方法。

Efficacy of Oral Administration of Glucosamine Hydrochloride Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate for Knee Joint Osteoarthritis

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of oral administration of glucosamine hydrochloride comi~ined with sodium hyaluronate for knee joint osteoarthritis .Method： 78 patients with knee joint osteoarthritis were randomly divided in to group A and group B. In group A patients were trealed with glucosamine hydrochloride combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate （ 25 rag/week for five weeks ） .In group B patients were treated with glucosamine hydrochloride. Therapeutic effect were evaluated. Result： Group A showed better efficacy than group B （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The efficacy of oral administration of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with sodium hyaluronate for knee joint osteoarthritis has good efficacy, no obvious bad effect, is a safe and effective technique.
