经皮肾穿气压弹道碎石术中常见出血原因研究

摘    要:目的:研究并分析经皮肾穿气压弹道碎石术中常见的出血原因。方法:选取本院2010年1月-2012年1月所收治的肾结石患者180例为研究对象,针对以上患者采取经皮肾穿气压弹道碎石术治疗方式,对手术治疗过程当中可能致使患者出现出血问题的因素进行详细分析与研究。结果:180例患者在接受经皮肾穿气压弹道碎石术治疗之后均进行血常规复查,发现患者血红蛋白指标数值有所降低,平均降低(14.26±3.58)g/L。与此同时,180例接受经皮肾穿气压弹道碎石术治疗患者中共出现21例出血并发症,出血发生率为11.67%。结论:包括穿刺、扩张管放置等在内的因素均是导致经皮肾穿气压弹道碎石术患者出现出血问题的原因,通过及时对出血问题的控制与缓解,能够合理降低手术后时间,控制并发症的发生率,同时合理改善患者预后水平,值得临床重视。

Common Causes of Hemorrhage in Percutaneous Renal Biopsy and Pneumatic Lithotripsy

Abstract:Objective: To research and analyze common causes of hemorrhage in pereutaneous renal puncture pneumatic lithotripsy.Method: 180 patients with renal stones were selected as the research object from January 2010 to January 2012, in view of the above patients take percntaneous renal in pneumatic lithotripsy treatment modalities, retrospective analysis of operation treatment process may result in patients with bleeding problems in detail analysis and research.Result: In t80 patients underwent pereutaneous renal puncture pneumatic lithotripsy treatment after routine review, found that patients with hemoglobin index decreased, reduced the average parameters for ( 14.26 ± 3.58 ) g/L. At the same time, 180 cases underwent percutaneous renal biopsy pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of patients with the appearance of 21cases of bleeding complications; bleeding rate was 11.67%. Conclusion: Including a puncture, the expansion tube placed and other factors are the result of pereutaneous renal in pneumatic lithotripsy in patients with bleeding problems, through timely on bleeding control problems with ease, can reduce the time after the operation, control of complications, and reasonably to improve the prognosis of patients with level, is worth the clinical value.
