| 摘 要： | 目的：观察丙泊酚、芬太尼联合麻醉在胃镜检查时对循环、呼吸功能及麻醉效应的影响。方法：将本院行无痛胃镜检查的患者100例随机分为两组，每组各50例。对照组单用丙泊酚麻醉；观察组合用丙泊酚与瑞芬太尼麻醉。比较两组患者的用药量、平均动脉压（MAP）、SpO2。结果：观察组丙泊酚的给药总量明显减少，检查结束后患者的清醒时间比对照组短，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。对照组MAP、SpO2降幅度比观察组明显，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：丙泊酚联合芬太尼使用可产生镇静、镇痛协同作用，减少丙泊酚用量，患者清醒时间早，呼吸循环功能亦较稳定，值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation of Propofol with Remifentanil Anesthesia in Painless Gastroscopy |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the influence of propofol with remifentanil on circulation, respiratory function and anesthesia effect undergoing painless gastroscopy.Method： 100 patients were divided into two groups with 50 each group. Propofol was used only in the control group.Proplfol witlJ remifentanil were used in the observation group.The dosage, MAP and SpO2 were compared in two groups.Result： The total dosage of propofol and the awaking time in observation group were reduced than those in control group （ P〈0.05 ） .The decrease of MAP, SpO2 in control group were obviously decreased than those in observation group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Propofol with remifentanil anesthesia has the synergistic effect of conscious-sedation and analgesia, and can reduce the total dosage of propofol, shorten the awaking time, is worth to spread to use. |
