| 摘 要： | 目的：观察营养咨询对消化内科住院患者营养知识的作用及护理体会。方法：选择2010年10月11日-11月11日在笔者所在医院就诊的100例消化内科患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组在消化内科住院期间进行正常的医疗和护理,而观察组则每星期进行4～5次的营养指导,直到消化内科患者出院为止。结果：在医院经过营养指导的观察组营养知识要远远高于对照组的营养知识,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：营养咨询有利于提高消化内科患者的营养知识和护理效果。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the nutritional advice on gastrointestinal department of internal medicine patients＇ nutritional knowledge and nursing experience.Method： 100 gastroenterology inpatients to observe the experiment, grouped order of Gastroenterology patients hospitalized under 100, were divided into a control group and the observation group, 50 members of each group.Normal medical and nursing gastroenterology hospitalized during the experimental control group, the observation group 4-5 times a week makeup nutritional guidance until gastroenterology patients discharged far. Result： In the hospital after the nutritional knowledge of the nutritional guidance of gastroenterology patients was far higher than that of the observation group nutrition knowledge.Conclusion： Nutrition counseling helps to improve nutrition knowledge and care effect of Gastroenterology patients. |
