通腑法治疗40例慢性阻塞性肺疾病呼吸衰竭患者疗效观察

目的：观察通腑法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）合并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法：将80例COPD呼吸衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例，两组均采用西医常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用宣白承气汤加味治疗，比较两组临床疗效和治疗前后血气变化情况。结果：治疗组总有效率为92．5％，对照组总有效率为75．0％，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组治疗后PaO2、PaCO2较治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；组间治疗后比较，治疗组改善程度明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：通腑法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病呼吸衰竭患者疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Tongfu Treatment on Treating 40 COPD Patients with Respiratory Insufficiency

Objective： To study the Tongfu Treatment on treating diabitic foot COPD patients with respiratory insufficiency.Method： 80 patients patients with respiratory insufficiency were randomly divided into treatment group （ 40 cases ） and control group （ 40 cases ）, the two groups were treated by the western medicine convention treatment, on that basis, the treatment group was given Xuanbai Cheng Qi Tang, the efficacy and the pretherapy and post-treatment of changes of blood gas were observed.Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5%, the control group was 75.0%, the two groups in clinical curative effect had significant difference （ P〈0.05 ） ; compare the two groups after treatment than before treatment, the PaO2 and PaCO2 of two groups were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） ; among groups after treatment comparison, the improvement of the treatment group was better than control group （P〈O.05） .Conclusion： The Tongfu Treatment had obvious effect on COPD patients with respiratory insufficiency, it＇s worthy of clinic application.
