腹腔镜与传统开腹手术保守治疗输卵管妊娠的对比研究

目的：探讨腹腔镜与传统开腹手术保守治疗输卵管妊娠的效果。方法：按入院先后顺序，将110例输卵管妊娠患者随机分为观察组与对照组（n=55）。对照组行传统开腹保守手术，而观察组行腹腔镜手术。对比分析组间各项临床指标的差异。结果：观察组的术中出血量、术后疼痛发生率少于对照组，肛门排气时间、住院时间短于对照组，组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；观察组的再次宫内孕率高于对照组，而再次异位妊娠率低于对照组，组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；手术时间组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）。结论：应用腹腔镜行输卵管妊娠保守手术治疗优于传统的开腹手术，腹腔镜手术可以作为输卵管妊娠且有生育要求患者保守手术的首选。

Comparative Study of Laparoscopic and Traditional Open Surgery in the Conservative Treatment of Tubal Pregnancy

Objective： To explore the comparison of laparoscopic surgery in the conservative treatment of tubal pregnancy with traditional open surgery.Method： According to admission order, 110 patients with tubal pregnancy were were randomly divided into observation group and control group （ n=55 ） .The controt group was underwent traditional laparotomy conservative surgery.the observation group were given laparoscopic surgery.The difference in clinical parameters were compared between the two groups.Result： Observation group, blood loss, postoperative pain rate than the control group, anal exhaust time, shorter hospital stay in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈O.05 ） between the two groups; observation group again intrauterine.The pregnancy rate was higher, and once again the ectopic pregnancy rate is lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） between the two groups; surgical time, between the two groups showed no significant difference （P〉0.05） .Conclusion： Laparoscopic surgery is better than traditional open surgery in the conservative treatment of tubal pregnancy, can be the first choice as a tubal pregnancy and fertility requirements in patients with conservative surgery.
