妊娠期尿路结石的诊断和治疗

目的：探讨妊娠期尿路结石的诊断和治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析48例妊娠期尿路结石患者的临床资料。结果：45例行B超检查发现结石，3例行彩色多普勒超声检查发现结石。结石自行排出者22例，自然排出率为45．8％。47例孕妇顺利足月分娩，1例胎膜破裂导致流产。有40例无明显症状未进一步处理，8例行微创手术。结论：妊娠期尿路结石的诊断首选超声检查，治疗以保守治疗为主，微创手术也是安全有效的措施之一。

Diagnosis and Treatment for Urolithiasis during Pregnancy

Objective： To study the gestation period the diagnosis and treatment of urinary calculus method.Method： A retrospective analysis and cases of pregnancy in 48 patients with urinary calculus of clinical data.Result： 45 routine B ultrasonic inspection found that stone, 3 routine color doppler ultrasonic inspection found that stone.Stone to discharge the 22 cases, natural discharge rate was 45.8%.47 cases of pregnant women smooth term birth, 1 cases of rupture of membranes cause abortion. Forty cases of asymptomatic not further processing, and routine minimally invasive surgery.Conclusion： The diagnosis of urinary calculus pregnancy ultrasound, preferred treatment to conservative treatment is given priority to, minimally invasive surgery is safe and effective measure.
