妈富隆治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效分析

摘    要:目的:探讨妈富隆治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法:将64例青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者采用妈富隆治疗,对照组患者使用倍美力治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效和副反应情况。结果:观察组和对照组和总有效率分别为93.75%和84.37%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组的控制出血时间、完全止血时间和治疗后子宫内膜厚度均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。对照组和观察组不良反应发生率分别为6.25%(2/32)和31.25%(10/32),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:妈富隆治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的效果优于倍美力,副反应少,可作为临床治疗的首选方案。

Efficacy Analysis of Marvelon on Treatment of Adolescent Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding
Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of marvelon on treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Method: 64 patients with puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, patients of the observation greup were treated with marvelon, patients of the observation group were treated with premarin, clinical efficacy and side effects of the two groups were compared. Result: The total efficiency of observation group and the control group were 93.75% and 84.37%, respectively, total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group with statistical significance ( P〈0.05 ) .The bleeding time, the bleeding stop time and endometrial thickness after treatment of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group, and there was statistical significance between the two group ( P〈O.05 ) .The adverse reaction incidence of the control group and the observation group were 6.25% ( 2/32 ) and 31.25% ( 10/32 ), and the difference was statistically significant ( P〈O.05 ) .Conclusion: Marvelonis is more effective on treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding than premarin, with fewer side effects, which can be used as the preferred clinical treatment.
