艾迪注射液联合TACE技术治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的临床观察

目的：评价经动脉导管栓塞化疗（TACE）联合艾迪注射液治疗原发陛肝癌的近期疗效、生存率、生活质量及毒副反应。方法：采用TACE联合艾迪注射液治疗33例中晚期原发性肝癌患者（观察组），采用单纯TACE治疗30例中晚期原发性肝癌患者（对照组），进行近期疗效、生存率、及毒副反应的随机对照研究。结果：观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后半年生存率差异无统计学意义，1年生存率差异有统计学意义。生活质量有显著性提高，近期疗效差异显著。结论：艾迪注射液联合TACE技术治疗原发性肝癌疗效满意。

Clinical Observation of Aidi Injection Combined with TACE in Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer

Objective： To evaluate the term efficacy of primary liver cancer, survival and toxicitv of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization （ TACE ） and Aidi Injection .Method： 33 cases treated with TACE＋Aidi.30 cases treated with conventional TACE, TACE were confirmed by thee cycles, for curative effect, survival and toxicity of the randomized controlled trial.Result： In two groups, qualityof life was improved and there were significant differences in activity.The effect in the near future and half - year survive rate of the survey group were no different with that of the contrast group （ P〉0.05 ）. But there were notably different in one-year survive rate of the two group. （ P〈0.05 ） Conclusion： Use treatment of Aidi Injection, which combined TACE, to patients with stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅲ hepatic carcinoma has notabIy effect. It can improve the survive guaiity of the patients
