| 摘 要： | 目的分析急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的X线及CT表现. 资料与方法 26例ARDS均行X线检查,其中18例有2～6次胸部X线检查,2例同时行CT扫描. 结果初次检查,正常7例,肺纹理增多8例,毛玻璃样表现11例,胸腔积液6例.复查显示随着检查时间不同,上述肺内表现逐渐演变,数周后可以转归为网格状肺纹理. 结论胸部X线片对于ARDS的诊断有很重要的价值,可用于ARDS的诊断及治疗后随访.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate chest X-ray and CT appearances in acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS).Materials and Methods 26 cases of ARDS underwent X ray exam. 18 of 26 cases were examined two to six times, and 2 underwent additional CT. Results When chest X rays were taken initially, X rays findings were normal in 7 cases, interstitial edema in 8, ground glass opacity in 11, and pleural effusions in 6. On follow up chest X rays, the lesions were progressive from normal or interstitial edema to ground glass opacity with time elapse. Several weeks later, the above findings turned to coarse reticular markings. Conclusion Chest x rays were valuable for diagnosis and follow up of ARDS. |
