嗓音学分析在声带息肉手术疗效评估中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨嗓音学分析在声带息肉手术疗效评估中的作用。方法采用德国艾克松(XION)嗓音学分析软件,对30例声带息肉手术前后进行嗓音学分析,并与30例正常人对照。结果声带息肉组术前比正常对照组有较高的基频微扰、振幅微扰、基频,各指标的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);声带息肉术后和术前比较,基频微扰、振幅微扰均下降,基频升高,各参数值差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);声压级改变不明显,各参数值差异均无统计学意义。结论嗓音学分析可客观、定量地分析声带息肉嗓音质量,并评估手术疗效。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the function of voice analysis in assessing the operation effect of vocal cord polyp. Methods The German Axon (XION)voice analysis software was used to do the acoustic analysis on 30 cases of vocal cord polyp operation, and compared with 30 normal people. Results The vocal cord polyp group indexes including jitter, amplitude perturbation(shimmer) and fundamental frequency( F0 ) were statistically significantly different from the normal control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; comparison of postoperative vocal cord polyp with preoperative indexes, jitter, shimmer were decreased, the fundamental frequency ( FO ) was increased, the differences had statistics significance (P 〈 0.01 ); sound pressure level (SPL)had no significant change in the parameter values, the differences analysis can objectively and quantitatively reflect the vocal of operation. had statistical significance. Conclusion Aconsic cord polyp voice quality, thus to evaluate the effect of operation.
