老年糖尿病血浆降钙素基因相关肽和内皮素测定的临床意义

目的 研究血浆内皮素（ET）和降钙素基因相关肽（CGRP）含量变化与老年糖尿病并发症之间的关系。方法 采用放射免疫分析法测定48例老年糖尿病和26例健康查体者血浆ET和CGRP水平。结果 老年糖尿病伴有并发症血浆CGRP含量低于对照组及无并发症组，老年糖尿病患者ET含量明显高于对照组，随着并发症的增多，血浆CGRP水平之随之降低。结论 CGRP和ET水平的变化可能与糖尿病并发症的发展密切相关。

Clinic significance of plasma levels of calcitonin gene-related peptide and endothelin in the old patients with diabetes

? Objective To study the plasma endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) level in the old patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods The plasma ET and CGRP levels were determined in DM group (n=48) and control group (n=26) by radioimmunoassay. Results The ET levels were higher in old patients with DM than those in the control group (P<0.05). The CGRP levels, which were mildly lower in diabetic patients without complication than those in the control group ( P >0.05), were significantly lower in diabetic patients with complication compared with those in control or patients without complication. In addition, the CGRP level decreased with increase of complications. Conclusion The plasma ET and CGRP levels may be related to the development of diabetic complication.
