绝经后妇女身体脂肪分布与脂质代谢关系的研究

评价绝经后妇女身体脂肪分布与脂质代谢的关系。选择有高脂血症的绝经后妇女36例及对照组41例，用DEXA测定两组对象的六种身体脂肪分布指标。结果；高脂血症组的体脂肪率、上半身脂肪量及上下半身脂肪量比均明显高于对照组（P分别＜0．05、＜0．01和＜0．05），且糖尿病、高血压病的发生率分别为19．4％和33．3％，明显高于对照组。提示：高脂血症的绝经后妇女身体脂肪分布呈现上半身型，且易发生糖尿病、高血压病等内分泌代谢紊乱性疾病。

The Study of the Relationship Between Body-Fat Distribution and Lipid Metabolism in Postmenopausal Women

To evaluate the relationship between body-fat distribution and lipid metabolism in postmenopausal women. 36 women showing hyperlipidemia and 41 female controls were enrolled in thisstudy. Six body-fat indices of two groups were measured by DEXA. Results: The body-fat ratio, theamount of upper-half-body-fat and the upper-lower-half-body-fat ratios in the hyperlipidemia groupwere significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0. 05, <0. 01 and <0. 05, respectively).The percentages of diabetes and hypertension were 19. 4% and 33. 3%., respectively, which were significantly higher in the hyperlipidemia group. We may suppose that the distribution of upper-half-body-fatmight correlate well with hyperlipidemia in postmenopausal women.
