| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期康复训练对脑出血术后患者功能恢复的影响。方法脑出血术后患者26例．术后临床症状不再加重，神经障碍症状及体征稳定后24h，即可对患者进行系统的康复训练。结果康复后主要功能状态评价，与康复前比较P〈0．01。结论早期康复训练对脑出血术后患者功能恢复有积极意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of early rehabilitative treatment on functional restoration in patients after cerebral hemorrhage operation. Methods All 26 patients after cerebral hemorrhage systemically received rehabilitative treatment when post operation clinical symptom, nervous symptom keep steady for at least 24 hours. Results The post-rehabilitative evaluation of main functional station is significantly higher than that of pre-rehabilitation (P<0.01). Conclusion Early rehabilitative treatment plays an active role in the function restoration of patients after cerebral hemorrhage operation. |
