| 摘 要： | 目的 分析老年糖尿病患者血液流变学和血脂代谢的变化及其与血管病变之间的关系。方法 检测了 5 0例 2型糖尿病 ( 2 DM )并发脑梗死 (CI)患者 (DM +CI组 ) ,5 0例老年 2 DM无并发症患者 (DM组 )血液流变学和血脂代谢指标及 5 0例健康老年人 (N组 )。结果 DM +CI组与DM组相比 ,全血粘度(BV)、血浆粘度 (PV)、血小板聚集率 (PAgt)、脂蛋白 (a) Lp(a) ]显著增高 (P <0 0 5 )。两组与N组相比 ,BV、PV、PAgt、Lp(a)明显增高 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 2 DM患者存在明显的血脂代谢紊乱和血液流变学异常 ,与脑梗死并发症的发生密切相关

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the relationship between cerebral infarction and the changes of blood lipid and hemodynamic in aged patients with 2 DM.Methods Blood lipid and hymodynamic paremeters were measured in 50 aged diabetic patients with cerebral infraction,50 aged diabetic patients without cerebral infraction and to aged controls.Results Compared with 2 DM group,DM+CI group had significantly increased BV,PV,PAgt,Lp(a);Compared with control group.Diabetic patients with or without cerebral infraction had significantly increased BV,PV,PAgt and Lp(a).Conclusion The obvious abnormal of blood lipid and hemodynamic in patients with type 2 diabetics has relationship with cerebral infarction. |
