| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨功能锻炼对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后恢复的影响。方法:将170例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组。观察组102例,对照组68例,均行手术治疗,观察组行术前术后功能锻炼,对照组仅行基础护理,观察两组术后恢复情况并进行对比。结果:随访半年后,观察组显效81例,有效18例,总有效率97.06%,对照组显效40例,有效10例,总有效率73.5%,两组对比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:功能锻炼对腰椎间盘突出症手术治疗后的恢复有显著效果,临床上值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the influence on functional recovery of protrusion of the lumber intervertebral after surgery by rehabilitation. Method: Divided 170 patients with protrusion of the lumber intervertebral into two groups randomly,the control group only nursing with routine way, but the treatment group have rehabilitation before and after surgery.Result: The total efficacy rate of the treatment group was 97.06% after six months, that of the control group was 73.50%, they had obvious difference (p<0.05). Conclusion:Rehabilitation has obvious effect on recovery of protrusion of the lumber intervertebral after surgery. |
