| 摘 要： | 目的了解和掌握武汉市2004～2009年急性呼吸道传染病的发病情况,分析其流行特征,为制定相应的防治策略和措施提供科学依据。方法对武汉市2004-2009年呼吸道传染病的疫情资料进行统计分析。结果武汉市2005-2009年急性呼吸道传染病发病率有逐年增高趋势,2008年最高,达133.95/10万。急性呼吸道传染病中心城区和远城区发病率经u检验,P0.001,差异均有极显著性意义,不同疾病其发病季节分布不同。武汉市2005-2009年共报告传染病突发公共卫生事件84起,其中急性呼吸道传染病71起,占83.33%,学校、托幼机构等集体单位占57.14%。结论武汉市急性呼吸道传染病发病率有逐年增高趋势,加强急性呼吸道传染病管理,尤其是学校、托幼机构的急性呼吸道传染病的监测与管理是当前防制工作的重点。
