| 摘 要： | 目的观察子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效、并发症及防治措施。方法对63例子宫肌瘤患者例均采用聚乙烯醇微粒（PVA）行双或一侧子宫动脉栓塞治疗,随访6-48个月。结果总的临床症状改善达98.4%,术后6～12个月肌瘤及子宫的体积明显缩小。术后剧烈腹痛55例（83%）,闭经8例（12.7%）。结论子宫动脉栓塞治疗症状性子宫肌瘤安全有效,主要并发症可以进行预防及治疗。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect and complications of uterine arterial embolization(UAE) on uterine fibroid. Methods 63 patients with uterine fibroid were performed UAE with PVA particles and Gelfoam stick after super-selective catheterization. All cases were observed with a follow up of 6 to48 months after treatment .
