军训心理反应与疲劳关系的探讨

在野营拉练前、后,运用自制问卷,对618名女学员体力疲劳的主观疲倦感和客观工作能力表现与其相关因素进行了调查、分析。结果显示疲劳程度与身体素质、精神状态、情绪以及对野营拉练的认知水平有密切的关系。认知水平不同,重度疲劳所占比例的差异有非常显著性。在积极认知的学员中,重度疲劳所占比例低,而在消极认知的学员中,所占比例高。这提示我们,在军训前不仅要进行身体素质的准备,还要作好心理准备。使参训者保持愉快情绪,以降低疲劳发生率和减轻疲劳的程度。

Exploration on the Relationship between the Psychic Reaction and Fatigue in Military Training

Before and after the camp and field training, we made an investigation, statistics and analysis in the subjective fatigue sensitivity of physical weariness and the expression of objective work ability and related factors of 618 girl students by condensed questionaire made by ourselves. The result shows that the occurrence and the degree of fatigue have a close relation to the physical quality, mental state, morale and the cognitive levels of the camp and field training. If the cognitive levels are different, the differences between the rates of light and heavy fatigue are very significant. In the students who have positive cognizance, the rate tends to descend, in those who have negative cognizance, the rate tends to ascend.It suggests that before the military training,we must make preparations notonly for physical quality,but also for mentalityo we must keep the participants in military training a happy morale to reduce the fatigue occurrence rate and degree.
