有精神病家族史的大学生心理健康状况调查

目的:了解高校中有精神病家族史的大学生的心理健康状况,分析精神病家族史对大学生心理健康的影响,为院校心理健康教育提供参考.方法:采用UPI对分校2001～2003年入学的有精神病家族史的大学生的心理健康状况进行调查和配对分析.结果:有精神病家族史的大学生82.98%可能存在心理问题需要咨询和关注;其心理健康状况远比正常大学生的心理健康状况差.结论:精神病家族史通过遗传和环境两方面影响大学生的心理健康;有精神病家族史的大学生是心理问题的高危人群,应引起院校心理卫生机构的高度重视.

Survey to mental health of the undergraduates who have family history of psychosis

Objective:To provide reference for mental health education of university through analyzing the effect of the family history of psychosis on mental health of the undergraduates. Methods:Mental health of the undergraduates who have family history of psychosis was surveyed by University Personality Inventory (UPI). Relationship between family history of psychosis and mental health was analyzed with paired study. Results:82.98% of the undergraduates who have family history of psychosis possibly had mental illness, and their status of mental health was worse than other students. It was necessary to give consultation and attention to them. Conclusion:mental health of the undergraduates who have family history of psychosis is influenced by environment and inherit ance. They are the high risk population of mental illness. Mental health department of college should pay high attention to them.
